Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 2–5 business days.
All orders are shipped via our partnered courier services, and tracking details will be sent via email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping is free for orders over $150. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of $6.99 will apply.
If the package appears damaged upon delivery, please ask the courier to record a damage report before accepting the package.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
For all other jewelry items (e.g., rings, bracelets, necklaces), returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Customized or personalized jewelry (including engraved pieces) cannot be returned or exchanged.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@craftdesignchicago.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
All exchange requests are subject to item availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
